Bruce Mosias

Bruce Mosias

Bruce Mosias holds a Master’s degree from San Francisco State University. He has extensive industry training in architecture, masonry restoration and short form specification writing. With over 20 years of trade experience, Mr. Mosias has developed expertise in waterproofing, testing and tracing of water-infiltration, forensic investigation and documentation, concrete failure analysis, estimating and large restoration project management. Bruce has established effective multi-disciplinary relationships with architects, engineers, building owners and managers in addressing and resolving a wide range of remedial repair issues.

Affiliations with CSI and the International Concrete Repair Institute complement skills in detail design, scope of work specifications and building code compliance. Former positions include Assured Corrective Construction, Rainbow Waterproofing & Restoration, Alpha Restoration & Waterproofing and Sinay Waterproofing and Restoration. Mr. Mosias is currently a senior construction consultant with ACI.

Don Pilz

Don Pilz

Don Pilz has accumulated over 19 years experience in EIFS and lath/plaster systems in the construction industry. In his capacity as a consultant, Don identifies problem areas and offers direction for resolution. As a foreman in the field, he personally installed and supervised all types of EIFS and Stucco systems available in Northern California. Working alongside designers, architects, and developers, Don has created an ideal balance between function and design while maintaining watertight systems. In the rapid developing field of forensic water infiltration of EIFS and lath/plaster systems, Don has been in the forefront designing details that have become commonplace procedures in high-end construction.

Charles Saul

Charles A. Saul

Charles Saul brings to ACI more than 30 years experience as a hands-on General Building Contractor. His broad construction field experience encompasses Architecture, Real Estate, the Building trades and Contract Law. He has personally designed, drafted and built many high-end custom homes and commercial projects across the San Francisco Bay region and Western States. From the drawing board to specifications writing, code compliance to finished work product, Mr. Saul is a skilled communicator and supportive coordinator, applying both analytical and practical measures to his efforts.

A specialist in waterproof detailing, building envelope, EIFS systems, construction diagnostics and forensics, Charlie brings his developed expertise in identifying problem areas, and analyzing and offering direction for resolution. His experienced eye for details, depth of experience and ability to clearly express his observations, all factor in his high success rate for durable solutions.
