He has extensive industry training in architecture, masonry restoration and short form specification writing. With over 20 years of trade experience, Mr. Mosias has developed expertise in waterproofing, testing and tracing of water-infiltration, forensic investigation and documentation, concrete failure analysis, estimating and large restoration project management. Bruce has established effective multi-disciplinary relationships with architects, engineers, building owners and managers in addressing and resolving a wide range of remedial repair issues. Affiliations with CSI and the International Concrete Repair Institute complement skills in detail design, scope of work specifications and building code compliance. Former positions include Assured Corrective Construction, Rainbow Waterproofing & Restoration, Alpha Restoration & Waterproofing and Sinay Waterproofing and Restoration. Wayne Scholten has more than 28 years of diverse experience in construction and the construction consulting discipline. His broad field experience has included investigation and evaluation of various existing roof systems, design of new and replacement roofs, decks and walls, construction site management, and quality control. Mr. Scholten’s past enables him to incorporate a comprehensive approach in forensic investigation, evaluation, specifications and design for a wide variety of clients. An experienced building envelope consultant, Wayne’s involvement in projects has included building component assessments using destructive and nondestructive techniques for identification of moisture infiltration. Tedd A. Waddell’s background encompasses more than 15 years of professional experience in the design and construction of moisture control and waterproofing details. He served over ten years as a senior design consultant for the Bay Area’s largest Architectural Sheet Metal and Mechanical Contracting firm. Areas of specialization included roof, wall and sub grade drainage systems, building expansion control, metal roofing and wall systems, and HVAC moisture control. Additionally he has extensive experience in the design and installation of storefront windows and curtain wall systems.
