Property Description: Provide construction consulting services for a Central California General Contractor who specializes in affordable housing and assisted living facilities. Aquatech Consultancy, Inc. (ACI) typically provides assistance on five or more projects per year for this general contractor. The construction consulting assistance starts with the evaluation of the architectural drawings during design development stages to troubleshoot potential problem areas prior to completion of the drawings. Following the framing stages, consultants from ACI meet with the various exterior wall subcontractors, typically sheet metal, framers, window installers, roofers and waterproofers. Mock-ups are typically performed, primarily with the window installations such as the series of photos shown here.
